Congratulations on the MBE Doug!
Delighted to hear that my former colleague and editor, Douglas Simpson, has been recognised for his work on the Queen’s Birthday Honours List. He’s been given an MBE for ‘services to pharmaceutical journalism.’
I worked with Doug on the Independent Community Pharmacist magazine for a period of five years and was always impressed with this continued passion and enthusiasm for pharmacy within which he has worked for more than 50 years.
